HELLO EVERYBODY

where did i leave off from the last post?
right now i m in prague, czech republic.... the weather here is hot n comparable to Singapore standards and so me n the babe decided to seek shelter in a nice cosy cafe with free wifi internet n 3 plasma tv to enjoy soccer over kopi n cake. :) the sweetie ordered a berry cake for me :P
ok this place is really gorgeous... but still we conquered the old town square in a few hrs... but the shopping for crystals was good. good stuff they have here. i bought my WC06 jersey... a Czech one! of the player number 10 Rosicky! Here no BK, surprisingly, but got many KFC (we had that for brunch) and Mac, of cos.

Previously in Krakow, Poland... that was a small place. and i mean reallie small. the basic sightseeing stuff.... food is cheap... and we did our favourite - grocery shopping. it was the best hostel/apartment i stayed in... we home cooked our own pasta dinner over World Cup action... :P

Previously b4 that we were in Budapest... i thought it was a gd city liao... the Buda (yes, essentially Budapest are 2 sectors of the city - Buda on the right side of the Danube river and Pest on the left) side of the city is gorgeous... but the sights were on 2 hills... the babe almost killed me for making her climb the 1st one for 20mins with me then the 2nd one we juz took the tram up. There is nothing much on the Pest side, except for the extremely touristy street of upmarket shopping. There isnt much cheap local food, we ended up eating burger king... got Mac oso la, but BK is like everywhere in Budapest.

We took a 11hr night train from Budapest to Krakow... totally cannot sleep man! the train was rocking then every 2/3 hr kena *knock knock* *passport control* whenever we crossed the borders Hungary - Slovakia, Slovakia - Poland. piang eh.... n hence the babe was like how irritated, grouchy n grumpy when we reached the hostel at 8am and we couldnt check in... :S i think she must have murdered me at least 3 times in her mind. lol.

ok the babe is now getting a lil bored with my long post... i will tell u all more abt Munich, Salzburg... Vienna and Bratislava i think u all noe liao.
